QA (Quality Assurance) is a proactive process design of actions taking to manufacture safe and effective product by building QC (Quality Control) into the product life cycle

QC (Quality Control) is a reactive process that involves activities and techniques to verify that the developed product is in conformance with requirements

QMS (Quality Management System) refers to broader field of actions that ensures the required level of quality is achieved

US Pack Group´s QMS is depicted in the graphic and the action involved described below.

Process and Production Control: Includes reviewing the especification and requirements from the customer.

Design Control: Involves designing the way to perform verification and validation of the process.

Management Control: Refers to implantation of Inspection in Line and Finished Products and Internal Audits in every area.

Corrective and Preventive Actions: Covers reacting (corrective) to a problem that occurred and identifying (preventive) a potential problem. 

Customer Satisfaction:  Involves searching for information; including: claims, surveys, and ratings.
